Contact our support team via email or visit one of our Sydney showrooms with your original proof of purchase to start the return process.

Ensure the electric bike is in 'as-new' condition with less than 10km on the odometer and all original packaging, manuals, and chargers included.

Technical Inspection
Our certified technicians will perform a comprehensive safety and diagnostic check to verify the motor, battery, and frame integrity.

Refund or Exchange
Once approved, choose between a full refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an exchange for a different model that better suits your riding style.
