The Focus THRON2 6.9 2024 is built for riders who want a capable and comfortable full-suspension e-mountain bike with upgraded suspension and drivetrain components. The 7005 hydroformed aluminium frame uses 130 mm F.O.L.D. Gen2 kinematics to deliver balanced suspension performance and traction across mixed terrain. It features C.I.S. cockpit integration, internal cable routing, USB-C charging port, and a 148x12 mm thru-axle rear end.
Suspension is handled by a FOX 34 Float Rhythm 29 E-Bike fork with 130 mm travel and a FOX Float DPS rear shock, providing smooth response and control on trails and rough paths.
The bike is powered by the Bosch Performance CX Smart motor delivering 85 Nm torque, paired with a Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh removable and lockable battery for extended range. Ride data and assist control are managed through the Bosch Kiox 300 display with LED Remote.
Shifting performance comes from a Shimano Deore XT 1x12-speed drivetrain with an 11–51T cassette, giving a wide gear range for climbing and fast trail sections. Braking is handled by Shimano MT520 hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors front and rear.
