EN15194 Certification: The Harlem V3 is fully compliant with EN15194:2017 standards across all Australian states, limiting assisted speed to 25 km/h. The throttle works up to 6 km/h independently and up to 25 km/h when pedalling. Unlike other Fatboy V3 models, this EN15194-certified version cannot be unlocked for higher speeds, ensuring full compliance.
