What kind of warranty comes with my electric bike?
Every bike purchased from Sydney Electric Bikes comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all electrical components, including the battery and motor.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
For safety and shipping efficiency, bikes are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to attach the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
